Timeline
Once a returned parcel is received and inspected, refunds are initiated within 48 hours and reflect in 5–7 working days.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch.
Prepaid vs COD
Prepaid orders are refunded to source. COD orders are refunded by bank transfer to details you provide.
Deductions
Shipping charges paid on orders below the free-shipping threshold are non-refundable.
