Shipping Policy
The formal terms covering dispatch and delivery of SAANJH orders.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm IST on a working day are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are provided by our courier partners and may extend during festive periods or adverse weather.
Failed delivery
After three failed attempts a parcel is returned to us. We'll contact you to re-ship or refund, minus shipping.
Damaged parcels
Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos so we can replace the order.
